MEDIAINVESTIGASI.NET – Usai bebasnya Ustadz Cecep yang mengalami kriminalisasi dari mantan anak didiknya. Banyak pihak yang menyatakan tuduhan itu tidaklah benar, dimana ia dituduh melukai mantan anak didiknya.
Hal itu terjadi karena anak didiknya melapor serta melakukan visum namun ustadz Cecep tidak melakukan upaya pelaporan terhadap mantan anak didiknya tersebut, maka secara hukum sang ustadz dinyatakan bersalah dengan vonis subsidair 2 bulan dipotong masa tahanan.
Beberapa pihak berucap syukur dengan putusan pengadilan Negeri Cianjur, walaupun terasa berat diterima, namun putusan pengadilan sudah final.
Penyambutan bebasnya ustadz Cecep dari berbagai elemen masyarakat, termasuk pemuka agama, ormas dan santri tampak memadati Lembaga Pemasyarakatan kelas 2B Cianjur, Senin lalu (23/12).
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, kuasa hukum Ustadz Cecep, diantaranya Gilang Arvasendra, S.H., Elan Setiawan, S.H., dan Sigit Yulianto, S.H.,M.H., menyatakan siap menjadi garda terdepan jika ada lagi upaya kriminalisasi terhadap guru maupun ulama di Cianjur.
“Tanpa guru, kami tidak akan berada di sini, kami tidak bisa (pandai-red) bersholawat. Maka dari itu, kami tidak akan rela jika guru kami yang kami cintai di manapun berada, terutama di Cianjur menjadi korban kriminalisasi ketika melakukan tugasnya. Laporkan ke kami, kami akan berikan pendampingan hukum secara gratis demi guru,” ucap Gilang dengan nada berapi-api.
Secara eksklusif di akun (silahkan klik) TikTok @shendymarwanjurnalis, tim kuasa hukum Ustadz Cecep menyapa Wakil Presiden (Wapres) Gibran Rakabuming Raka, agar kiranya mendorong hak imunitas terhadap guru. Timnnya dari Gilang Arvasendra, S.H., & Partners, siap memulai dari awal tahun 2025 untuk bergerak ke pesantren guna memberikan pemahaman hukum.
“Alhhamdulillah, wasyukrulllah kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW. Saya ucapkan terima kasih kepada, Kapolres Cianjur yang telah menjaga kondusifitas. Terutama, untuk Pak Wapres Gibran yang muda seperti kita-kita ini ya, penuh inspiratif, yang memang sudah ada wacana tentang regulasi perlindungan terhadap guru. Semoga nanti ada hak imunitas kepada guru kami, baik guru ngaji maupun professional yang mendedikasikan diri dalam kehidupan bangsa. Jadi tidak ada lagi Guru yang ketakutan diproses hukum ya,” sapa Advokat Gilang ke Wapres Gibran.
Senada dengan rekannya, Elan Setiawan, S.H., berharap ada mekanisme yang jelas dari pemerintah pusat, dan berharap para jurnalis juga turut mendukung.
“Dalam penyuluhan tentunya ada aturan, dalam hal ini kembali pada Pak Wapres yang masih muda agar sekiranya di pondok pesantren selain memperdalam ilmu agama, juga diselipkan kurikulum hukum negara, agar tahu KUHP itu apa, yang pada intinya dasar-dasar ilmu hukum,” harap Elan.
“Untuk teman-teman jurnalis diharapkan melakukan komunikasi agar apa yang kita sampaikan terealisasi dan didengar oleh pemerintah. Mulai dari tingkat kabupaten, provinsi, hingga ke pusat. Semoga semua media dapat berakses,” pungkas Elan.
