Perkuat Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak Saat Bencana, Dinas PPPA Tapteng Bersama Kementerian PPPA dan Yayasan Pulih Gelar Sosialisasi Draf SK Subklaster PP KBG PP
PANDAN, TAPANULI TENGAH –Mediainvestigasi.net– Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (PPPA) Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah berkolaborasi dengan Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (KemenPPPA) RI dan Yayasan Pulih pada hari selas 22 September 2026 menggelar Pertemuan Subklaster Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan Berbasis Gender (PP KBG) dan Pemberdayaan Perempuan (PP) serta Sosialisasi Draf Surat Keputusan (SK) Mekanisme Koordinasi Subklaster PP KBG PP di Tapanuli Tengah.
Acara yang dibuka secara resmi oleh Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah, Drs. Binsar TH Sitanggang, MSP, ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem koordinasi dan penanganan kekerasan berbasis gender yang tanggap, terintegrasi, dan terstruktur, khususnya pada situasi darurat dan bencana.
Dalam sambutannya, Sekda Tapanuli Tengah Drs. Binsar TH Sitanggang, MSP menggarisbawahi pentingnya kewaspadaan ekstra terhadap keselamatan kelompok rentan saat terjadi kondisi krisis atau bencana.
“Dalam situasi bencana, perempuan dan anak merupakan salah satu kelompok yang sangat rentan. Risiko peningkatan terjadinya kekerasan berbasis gender juga akan meningkat dalam situasi bencana. Oleh karena itu, pencegahan dan penanganan kekerasan berbasis gender harus menjadi prioritas dalam penanggulangan bencana,” ujar Binsar TH Sitanggang.
Lebih lanjut, Sekretaris Daerah menyampaikan bahwa penanganan masalah ini memerlukan kerja sama lintas sektor yang kokoh dan berkelanjutan.
“Pencegahan dan penanganan kekerasan berbasis gender tidak dapat dilakukan bila tidak ada koordinasi dan sinergitas di antara kita dalam mengambil kebijakan maupun antar pemangku kepentingan. Saya berharap kegiatan ini menghasilkan suatu kelembagaan yang dapat berdampak nyata dan berkelanjutan, khususnya untuk perlindungan perempuan dan anak di Tapanuli Tengah,” tambahnya.
Sinergi Pemangku Kepentingan Pusat, Daerah, dan Lembaga Masyarakat, pertemuan ini menghadirkan perwakilan pimpinan dan narasumber dari berbagai instansi terkait diantaranya, Alfira Farrez Syihab (Biro Perencanaan Kementerian PPPA RI), Dian Ekawati, S.Sos. (Asisten Deputi Perlindungan Hak Perempuan dalam Rumah Tangga, Kondisi Khusus, dan Situasi Darurat KemenPPPA RI) sebagai Narasumber, Devi Wahyudi, SS, MM (Sekretaris Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, dan Keluarga Berencana Provinsi Sumatera Utara) sebagai Narasumber, Rahmadiah Hanum, SE, MM (Kepala Dinas PPPA Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah) sebagai Narasumber serta Cahyo Sito Demank (Yayasan Pulih) bertindak sebagai Moderator
Kegiatan ini turut dihadiri oleh perwakilan Pimpinan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah, Kantor Kementrian Agama Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah, BPS Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah, Basamas Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah, UPTD PPA, Pekerja Sosial Kementrian Sosial, Pekerja Dinas Sosial, PT. PLN UP3 Sibolga, Perumda Mual Nauli, IBI Tapanuli Tengah, PPNI Tapanuli Tengah, TP PKK Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah, RBM Tapanuli Tengah, Yayasan Bhakti Luhur, PKBI Sumut, PMI Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah, Caritas Sibolga, Perkumpulan Sada Ahmo, Muslimat NU Tapanuli Tengah, Pengurus Rusunawa Pandan, Koordinator Huntara Asrama Haji Pinang Sori.
