Kabupaten Kepulauan Nias, Media investigasi.net, Dua pelaku Penganiayaan berat di Desa Loloana’a, Kecamatan Alasa, Kabupaten Kepulauan Nias Utara, awalnya pelaku bersembunyi selama tiga hari tiga malam akhirnya menyerahkan diri ke Polres Nias.

Dimana Penyerahan diri ini dilakukan pelaku itu pada Rabu, 18 Desember 2024, sekitar pukul 03.00 WIB, sebagaimana disampaikan Kepala Kepolisian Resor Kabupaten Kepulauan Nias, AKBP Revi Nurvelani, SH, SIK, MH, melalui Kasat Reskrim AKP Adlersen Lambas Parto, SH, MH, dan Kanit I Reskrim IPDA Mustika P. Sembiring, SH, kepada Plt. Kasi Humas Polres Nias, Aipda M. Motivasi Gea.

Yang mana pada kasus tersebut Kedua pelaku berinisial EW (55) dan MKW (35) telah diduga kuat terlibat dalam insiden perkelahian yang terjadi pada Minggu malam, 15 Desember 2024, sekitar pukul 21.00 WIB di simpang jalan umum Desa Loloana’a, Kecamatan Alasa Kabupaten Nias Utara.

Kepada Media Investigasi.net, Kepala Kepolisian Resor Kabupaten Kepulauan Nias, AKBP Revi Nurvelani, SH, SIK, MH, melalui Kasat Reskrim AKP Adlersen Lambas Parto, SH, MH, juga menjelaskan bahwa kejadian bermula ketika korban EHH (22) bersama rekan-rekannya sedang berada di sebuah warung milik warga. Di warung lain, pelaku EW dan Pelaku MKW juga tengah berada. Adu mulut antara pelaku EW dan korban EHH memicu serangan yang mengakhiri tantangan untuk turun ke jalan.

Kemudian Korban EHH yang mendekati pelaku EW kemudian terlibat perkelahian, Pelaku MKW juga ikut bergabung, yang menyebabkan situasi semakin panas. Dalam perkelahian tersebut, korban EHH mengalami luka berat, sementara rekan-rekannya yang berusaha melerai, yakni AJH (28), RL (44), dan DH (49), juga menjadi korban kekerasan dari para pelaku.

Setelah kejadian tersebut , kedua pelaku melarikan diri meninggalkan para korban yang terluka. Warga setempat segera melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke Polsek Alasa. Kapolsek Alasa AKP M. Ikhsan bersama anggota langsung menuju lokasi dan membawa para korban ke Puskesmas Alasa. Sayangnya, korban EHH yang mengalami luka serius meninggal dunia dalam perjalanan menuju RSUD Dr. M. Thomsen Nias.

Adapun Adentitas Para Korban Adalah :

1). EHH (22) – Meninggal dunia.

2). AJH (28) – Mengalami luka.

3). RL (44) – Mengalami luka.

4). DH (49) – Mengalami luka.

Kini, kedua pelaku telah ditahan di Polres Nias dan dikenakan pasal berlapis, yaitu Pasal 338 atau Pasal 170 ayat (2) ke-3e, ke-2e, ke-1e, ayat (1), atau Pasal 351 ayat (3), ayat (2), ayat (1) jo Pasal 55 KUHPidana. Ancaman hukuman
15 tahun penjara.
