Kadis Koperindag Kabupaten Lampung Barat Ibu Tri Umaryani, SP, MSi bentuk team pengawasan terhadap Gas Elpeje, terdiri dari Koperindag dan jajarannya, Bagian SDA Sekretariat daerah Kabupaten, Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja ( Penegak Perda ), Polres Lampung Barat, dan Lembaga Non Pemerintah ( Independen ) DPD Lembaga Perlindungan Konsumen Gerakan Prubahan ( LPK-GPI ) Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Rabu, 11 September 2024.
” Kadis Koperindag Kabupaten Lampung Barat bersama team yang terdiri dari sebagaimana disebut diatas juga turut hadir disana Media Investigasi.net, adapun tujuan pengawasan, sidak dan sekaligus pembinaan terhadap Agen Desy bersaudara dan beberapa pengkalan yang berkaitan dengan pendistribusian, Harga Het sebagai Perda, Peraturan Bupati Lampung Barat No.B/80/KPTS/70/2022 “. Rabu, 11 September 2024.
” Adapun dasar team pengawasan yang di bentuk Dinas Koperindag Kabupaten Lampung Barat adalah tidak lain dan tidak bukan dikarenakan berdasarkan yang lagi tren dan viral nya saat ini tentang kelangkaan dan meningkatnya harga yang melampaui harga Het sebagaimana perda tersebut di bawah ini “, Rabu, 11 September 2024.
” Kadis Koperindag Ibu Tri Umaryani, SP, MSi an. Team menyampaikan kepada Pengelola PT. Dessy bersaudara ( agen ) Gas Elpeje dan beberapa Pengkalan yang ada di Kelurahan Way Mengaku dan di Kelurahan Pasar Liwa, Kecamatan Balik Bukit, terkait keluhan masyarakat, dan team kami saat ini masih tahap penyelidikan dan pembinaan, namun kami juga akan bersikap tegas bila team kami menemukan bukti kongkrit dan tidak pandang bulu tandas Tri Umaryani,SP, MSi “, Rabu, 11 September 2024.
” Pada kesempatan yang sama Herianto, S.Kom selaku Kabid Perdagangan mendampingi Kadis Koperindag menyampaikan beberapa himbaun kepada masyarakat dan Agen dan pengkalan agar setiap bertransaksi berlaku layaknya keluarga, dan tidak menyalahi aturan, seperti himbauan dari Pertamina, karena gas Elpiji bersubsidi ini adalah untuk golongan tertentu dan setiap pembelian masyarakat diharapkan membawa KTP, bagi masyarakat yang tidak berhak menerima subsidi, kiranya dapat tau diri ujar Herianto “, Rabu 11 September 2024.
” Kabid koperindag Kabupaten Lampung Barat dalam kesempatan itu juga menyampaikan dan menghimbau kepada Agen dan pengkalan agar dalam bertransaksi terkait Gas Elpeje ini, tidak melampaui Harga Het Perda Kabupaten Lampung Barat sebagai berikut untuk :
Wilayah Kecamatan Sumber Jaya, Kebun Tebu, Gedung Surian dan Air Hitam harga Het Rp 19.500,-, dan untuk Wilayah Kecamatan Way Tenong, Sekincau, Batu Ketulis, Belalau Batu Brak, Balik Bukit , Sukau Harga Het Rp20.000,- , untuk Wilayah Kecamatan Pagar Dewa dan Lombok seminung harga Het Rp 21.000,- dan sedangkan untuk Wilayah Suoh dan Bandar Negeri Suoh Harga Het Rp 23.000,-, dengan demikian artinya agar semua fihak dapat menjaga dan mematuhi aturan yang telah sama-sama kita ketahui “, ujar Herianto, Rabu, 11 September 2024.
” An. Team Ibu Tri Umaryani dan atas dasar temuan dan hasil analis di lapangan team menyimpulkan dan menghimbau agar sekiranya;
1. Ada diantaranya agen yang belum mengantongi Rekomondasi SPPL dan atau sebutan lain pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Izin dari Dinas Satu Pintu agar kiranya dapat dengan segera mengurusnya.
2. Agar para agen Perusahaan dapat menertibkan para Pengkalan terkait, Harga Het, Berat netto, jarak antar Pengkalan dan atau Pengkalan yang nakal.

Team Tri Umaryani menegaskan kesimpulannya team menghimbau sekaligus memperingatkan agar para agen dan pengkalan yang ada di seluruh wilayah Kabupaten Lampung Barat dapat mematuhi himbauan dan peringatan diatas, karena bila terdapat dikemudian hari ada yang melanggar, maka team akan menindak tegas sesuai dengan peraturan dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku ” , Rabu 11 September 2024.
